Our team are having a break over the holidays and so our customer support will be closed from mid-day (New Zealand Time) on the 24th December and reopen on Monday 6 January. Our lovely warehouse crew will work through the break, so your orders will still be shipped during this time.

United Kingdom Delivery
Delivery is FREE on orders £45.00 and above.
Delivery is £4.95 on orders below £45.00.
It's our intention to get your order on it's way ASAP. If you place your order before midday we will dispatch within the day. After midday, we will dispatch the next business day. Most times your order will arrive on the business day following dispatch, however please keep in mind that we cannot control any delays that the courier may experience.
If you haven’t received your order or you have a problem, please contact us straight away. There will always be a few exceptions where the delivery does not arrive within the estimated times. But we will do our best to get you your order on time.
* Please note; all product shipping to Channel Islands, Northern Ireland or Scottish Islands and highlands will incur additional shipping charges and additional days for delivery. Charges for Channel Islands does not include customs and duty charges.
Delivery to a Post Office Box
Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
