How To Return an Order

Brolly Sheets offers FREE UK returns through Collect+.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.  If your returned item is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.  You will need a printer to print your return delivery label.

You can drop your return into one of 7,500 local convenience stores, open from early until late, 7 days a week.  All you need do is:

  1. Pack up the item (you can reuse our packaging). Please include a note with your name and order number.
  2. Click on the “Start A Return Here” button below to create a return record and generate a returns label.
    * You’ll need your order number and the email address in the order.
    * Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
    * Once complete, you will get a confirmation email.
  3. Print out the returns label and stick it to your package.
  4. Drop your parcel off at whichever Collect+ point is convenient for you. You'll receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online.

If you want to use a different service at your own cost, that's fine too.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, but we manufacture (and deliver) by humans, not robots so very occasionally a product may develop a manufacturers fault or arrive damaged. We will do everything we can to resolve this situation to your satisfaction.

Brolly Sheets is so confident of the quality of our products we offer a 12 month guarantee on most products.

The guarantee starts on the day you purchase our products.

Change of Mind Returns

We know life is busy and sometimes you order the wrong size, the wrong colour or you order a product you don't actually need. We will happily refund your product within 90 days of purchase.

Training pants.  Please note, for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any type of underwear.  Please check the size you need carefully with our size guides.

Returned items must be unused items and be returned undamaged in their original packaging to our warehouse. We need these to be in saleable condition.

Shipping is not refundable on returns.

Sorry – we can't accept change of mind returns where the item has been used.

Clearance Products

Our usual returns policy does not apply to Clearance Items, so please check all details carefully before ordering. Clearance items can not be returned for refund or exchanged for other products however if your clearance items are faulty, we will meet our obligations under local law to provide a remedy.


Missing Orders

If for some reason your order has not arrived, please contact us for a trace. If you have not notified us within 1 month of your order date, we cannot offer any compensation or replacement stock.
