What's so special about Brolly Sheets?

Brolly Sheets are designed by a Mum, not a corporation.  We are a small family business and we care about you and helping your child become dry day or night.

We use cotton not polyester as the sleep surface all and ethical factories that look after their workers. We believe in quality products that really do last. Plus we want your child to love our Brolly Sheets and so we have many different colours and patterns to choose from.

Why are you better than anyone else?

Well – of course we think we are the best ☺. Our main difference is in the feel of our Brolly Sheets.  Of course we can’t show this through our website, but you can check out our hundreds of reviews.  We really believe we are the softest, quietest, comfiest bed pads on the market globally.   We know our quality is outstanding, we know our values are about people not profits.    We are the toilet training experts.

How do I use a Brolly Sheet?

Just place your Brolly Sheet on top of the fitted sheet and tuck the wings in under the mattress to hold in place.   The quilted side is the upper surface to be slept on.

Your Brolly Sheet provides an excellent layer of protection to keep the bottom sheet and mattress dry.  Please wash prior to use as this will soften the fabric and increase the absorbency.

It’s a good idea to have two – one on the bed and one in the wash – so you’re never caught out.  What’s more, they’re a cinch to wash; simply throw in the machine and then in the dryer or on the line.  Remember - hot wash and dry will melt the waterproofing, so use cold or warm temperatures.

What size should I buy?

The most common size we sell is the single bed size.  We also make a double, and king bed size Brolly Sheet. 

How do I wash my Brolly Sheet?

Brolly Sheets are designed to be easy to change and easy to wash.  Just pop in the wash with like colours and wash with cold or warm water.  No soaking is needed. You can tumble dry on a low heat.

Just remember if you wash or dry on hot, you will damage the waterproof backing.

What is your Privacy Policy?

The short version is: We will never share your information with any third party.  Who is a third party? Well, the first party is us and the second party is you.  So a third party is anyone other than you and us. And we just don’t go there.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

We start to pack your order as soon as we receive it so we can get it on its way to you asap. So changes can be a bit tricky.  Because of this, we recommend you call us immediately upon realising something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our very best to make sure you get what you need.

My order arrived incomplete or damaged

Crikey, that’s a bother.  Send us an email and tell us what you ordered and your order number and we‘ll get you sorted.  Our email details are here.

How long will my item(s) take to arrive?

We will ship your order on a 48 hour, tracked service.  If you order after 12 noon, the 48 hours will start the following business day.

Can I place an order by phone?

You certainly can. Just click through to our contact page here and give us a ring.

Do you accept exchanges?

If you would like us to return for an exchange, that’s fine.

Returned items must be unused items and be returned undamaged in their original packaging. We need these to be in saleable condition.

Shipping is not refundable on returns.

My order never arrived

Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number.  If that doesn’t work, send us an email, tell us what you ordered and your order number and we’ll get right onto tracking it down for you.

My sleeping bag liners don’t seem to be absorbent?

Our sleeping liners are not absorbent, they are waterproof. 

This is because to be absorbent, they would need a thick, absorbent layer like a Brolly Sheet has. This would make it very hard to wash and dry out again whilst camping. The quilted version has a little absorbency, but not as much as a Brolly Sheet. 

Our liners are designed for young children that are almost toilet trained and just want some extra piece of mind whilst away at camp or on holiday. 

My duvet inner slides around?

Keep in mind that because the inside surface is waterproof, it is slippery. Many of our customers pin the corners to their duvet to hold it in place. I know, it can be a hassle, but it is easier to unpin 4 (or 6) pins than to wash most duvets. Use nappy pins if you are worried about them coming undone.

If you are changing the protector every night, we recommend that you leave your printed outer cover off the inner and use lay flat on top. Then you are just changing the protector, not the outer cover.

Do You Accept Returns

If you would like to return for an exchange, that's fine.
Returned items must be unused and be returned undamaged in the original packaging.  We need the items to be in re-saleable condition. Sorry, we can not accept exchanges where the item has been used.
Original and return shipping is not refundable.

Change of Mind

We know life is busy and sometimes you order the wrong size, wrong colour or something you don't actually need.  We operate a 12 month return policy on most products.
Returned items must be unused and returned in undamaged condition in their original packaging.  Items must be re-saleable.
