Brolly Sheets are confident that you will be satisfied with the quality of our products.
We will be happy to meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if our products have been wrongly described, develop a fault or are unusable for the purpose described.
Faults
In the rare case where you have received a faulty item, we will happily refund or replace your items in full. Just
contact us and let us know what is happening.
If you change your mind or made an error with your order
If you find you have ordered the wrong size or would like to change the colours in your order, we will make a change where possible if you have notified us prior to shipping. (Our orders are packed by our warehouse normally within 6 hours of receiving them).
If your order has been shipped, we will happily exchange your order or refund your purchase for unused items within 30 days of receipt if returned undamaged in their original packaging to us in Auckland, New Zealand. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable and you would be required to pay a new delivery charge to get the new stock delivered to you.
Missing Orders
If for some reason your order has not arrived, please contact us for a trace. If you have not
notified us within 2 months of you order date, we can not offer any compensation or replacement stock.
